Philip Anthony, P.E. – President
Phil Anthony is the founder and president of Design Integrity. Over his thirty years of engineering and product design experience, Phil has managed, designed, and developed over one hundred innovative new products across industrial, medical, and consumer markets.
Phil earned his BSME from Lehigh University in 1986. He received his MSME from Northwestern University in 1991 and his MBA (Master of Management) from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern in 1997.
Phil has been awarded fourteen US utility patents. He is a proven innovation facilitator and program manager, and he has served as an expert witness on five cases related to product engineering design, trade secrets, trade secret misappropriation, patent prosecution, and patent litigation.
Scott Rote – Partner, VP of Engineering
During his twenty-eight year career, Scott has worked exclusively in the field of new product design and development. Scott is a world-class project manager, and he has driven several dozen complex engineering programs with seven-to-eight figure budgets to successful production and market launch.
Scott earned his BSME from Marquette University in 1989, and he received his MBA from the Stuart School of Business at Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) in Chicago in 1994. Scott joined Design Integrity as a partner in 2000.
Aaron Eiger – Partner, Industrial Design
Over his twenty-five year career in design, Aaron has managed, designed, and contributed to dozens of innovative new products that have succeeded in the marketplace. Aaron is a proven innovator and a creative mind. He has been a key collaborator on our ID and engineering programs at DI, and he is an expert with SolidWorks software.
Aaron received his Bachelor of Industrial Design from Syracuse University in 1992. He has been a partner at Design Integrity since 2000.
Robert Guastella – Director of Electrical Systems Engineering
Robert joined Design Integrity’s management team in 2020 as our Director of Electrical Engineering. With over 35 years of electrical systems design experience across several categories, Robert will be managing our team of electrical hardware, firmware, and software engineers on a variety of work across industrial, medical, consumer, and automotive markets.
Robert received his BSEE from Lawrence Technical University in 1985, and he earned his MBA at Oakland University. He has led electrical engineering groups across a variety of programs, including innovation, new product development, post-launch product support, and entrepreneurial endeavors. His expertise includes embedded systems, firmware and software, IoT, connected devices, front-end innovation, production design, safety, requirements management, project management, and automotive quality systems.
