Design Integrity is excited to announce Robert Guastella as our new director of our electrical engineering team. Robert has over 35 years of electrical systems design experience across several categories, including industrial equipment, automotive, and control systems.
Robert received his BSEE from Lawrence Technical University in 1985, and he earned his MBA at Oakland University. Robert’s career includes tenures at Beta Tech, Visteon, Tennant, and Continental Automotive.
He has led electrical engineering groups across a variety of programs, including innovation, new product development, post-launch product support, and entrepreneurial endeavors. His expertise includes embedded systems, hardware design, firmware and software, IoT, connected devices, front-end innovation (early stage conceptual design and proof-of-concept), production design, safety, requirements management, project management, and automotive quality systems.
