Our team at Design Integrity, Inc. recently assisted Dayton Superior with the design, development, and launch of the new battery powered KODI KLIP® installation tool. The new KTB 4-5 KLIPPER™ tool assembles plastic KODI KLIPS® onto rebar frames for reinforced concrete applications.

The design and development of the tool was a collaborative effort with the staff at Dayton Superior, and our team took on lead roles for the industrial design, mechanical engineering design, prototyping, and engineering testing efforts.
