Design Integrity in Chicago is excited to announce Peter Müller as our new Design Manager. Peter will be leading the industrial design team, managing our design programs, and expanding our ID staff and capabilities.
Peter has a diverse and inspirational history that led him to this role with DI. During his 13-year tenure as an Intelligence Specialist in the US Army, he earned a BA in Communications and a BFA in Industrial Design at the University of Illinois Chicago. After his honorable discharge from the Army, Peter jumped into freelance design consulting, eventually joining the Global Design Team at Wrigley/Mars where his team’s primary project earned a Good Design Award® and became Wrigley’s top selling product.
During this time, Peter also co-founded two start-up companies that have received international attention: Misen, a direct-to-consumer kitchenware brand launched with overwhelming success on Kickstarter; and Federal Moto, a custom vintage motorcycle shop and lifestyle brand.
Over the past several years, Peter has been a senior industrial designer on our team at DI. The breadth of his experience along with his creativity, passion for design, and entrepreneurial spirit have elevated the design work coming out of our studio to a world-class level. We welcome Peter to his new position and look forward to many more creative and productive collaborations.
