Design Integrity is excited to announce our collaboration with Young Dental on the design and development of the Varnish Pen™. Our team assisted with this rapid product development effort with engineering design support, the implementation of the industrial design, and the release of the production design.
Young Dental and their Microbrush team searched the Midwest for a talented medical device design consultant to assist with this innovative project, and they selected our team at Design Integrity to collaborate on the effort. It was a fast-paced project, and our team had to work through several challenges and prototype iterations to refine and finalize the design. The result was a successful product that was launched across the North American marketplace.
